I am so glad to have learned about fasting to heal my ill health. I had been suffering with a chronic sinus infection that antibiotics would not treat and it was destroying my life. I also had severe seasonal allergies that were progressively getting worse. Fasting and doing enemas every night, and colon hydrotherapy every week healed my sinus infection and hay fever.

I believe fasting is the way to healing many illnesses.
Do it for health and do it for illness.

Thanks, Connie. All those anti-biotic drugs and anti-histamines ... not necessary. That useless surgery the medicos wanted to perform ... no longer need be considered.
