Arcady

I translate Arcady as being the Garden of Eden but without the religion. In Arcady there is no disease. Why? Because healthy people in a stable, clean environment do not acquire debilitating, chronic illness such as cancer, cardiovascular disease or arthritis. This is one of the fundamental underpinnings of the Alternative Health paradigm.

So now I have to ask myself, "if the double-blind, controlled test is so fundamental to Standard health then why is there no health-representing control group?" I suspect that economy over health has already been decided by the medico community and that government has been convinced we live in a perfectly normal world of healthy cities and circumstance. The water, to medicos, is obviously pure, the air clean, and the ground natural. Only sunlight, the mother of all life, is harmful to us ... so say the medicos.

Essentially all cancer is caused. We spend trillions trying to treat and manage it rather than seeking to prevent it. Where is the control group?

Why not spend a few hundred million dollars building a clean, natural, intentional community? Organic food (certified, not useless USDA), natural building materials, natural clothing, etc, ... an Arcady village. The money would come from every drug company and medical equipment seller and every medico practitioner and every orthodox nutritionist. How can any medico activity be justified without this important control group? Don't they believe in evidence-based medicine?

A control group. Seems pretty basic and standard to me. I wonder why it hasn't beeen done. Maybe sickness makes more money. And progress makes more sickness. So sick people is one of the acceptable costs of world globalization. And medicos are the shills. However, as unnecessary death due to being touched by a medico is one the top three leading causes of death, I can see why they wouldn't be quick to help demonstrate the superiority of competing concepts. Strange how medico arrogance and killing goes hand-in-hand through history.
