North Korean Nuclear Power 2

I had a great time with my last North Korean nuclear power posting. (Go ahead, refresh your memory here). How many times can one put up a picture of a puppet and get away with it? But, oh oh, I've been thinkin it over again as none of the parties have taken up my most wonderful suggestion. Almost makes me think it was inadequate.

I still like my original suggestion but how about this for an add-on:
Let us have a conference. Let us get 500 former East and West German parliamentarians and let us get 500 North and South Korean parliamentarian equivalents and get them all together. Let us talk unification. Of course, no Americans invited. Let's do the Berlin Wall thing.

Let the two countries just unite. Simple. Nuclear weaponry problem solved. The North Korean nuclear weapon program simply folds into the South Korean program, becoming one. Now everyone is happy, even with the Americans who seem to have no problem with Israeli or South Korean nuclear weapons development.

Voila, another world hotspot resolved. Makes it easier for us to work on nuclear disarmament.
